Update on accused pedofile Todd Daugherty

Todd Daugherty was in court on Sept. 13 for a pretrial hearing. He is charged with possession of child pornography in the form of photos and/or videos of a subject age 13 and under, a class 2 felony in the state of Illinois.
The prosecution was a granted a motion for a further exchange of discovery. In this case, prosecutors are seeking to examine more evidence that was uncovered.
Magistrates scheduled the next hearing for Oct. 11.
